Do it as long as necessary until you have mastery. The traditional model- it penalizes you for experimentation and failure, but it does not expect mastery. We encourage you to experiment. We encourage you to failure. But we do expect mastery.

In the traditional model, most of teacher’s time is spent giving lectures and grading tests…MAybe five percent of their time is actually sitting next to students and working with them. Now 100 percent of their time is. So, once again, using technology, not just flipping the classroom, you’re humanizing the classroom by a factor of five or ten.
